Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled 60+ days before check-in. 50% refund if canceled 30–59 days before check-in. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Security Deposit: A temporary $500 hold will be placed on the credit card for all direct bookings and released after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
