Located in sought-after Chalet Village, this fully renovated chalet features an easy, straight-in driveway, seasonal mountain views, and a location just minutes from Ober Mountain, downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and hiking trails.

Inside, enjoy a gas fireplace, Smart TVs, arcade games, foosball, ping pong, and interactive fun on the Nex Playground. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around two gas firepits, or enjoy our upgraded outdoor spaces under the café lights. You’ll also have access to Chalet Village amenities, including three seasonal swimming pools and year-round pickleball and tennis courts!

Large windows bring the outdoors in, with lush treetop views in summer that create a cozy treehouse feel. When the leaves fall, seasonal mountain views open up, and you may occasionally spot the Ober Mountain tram traveling along the mountainside.

Relax beside the gas fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the large Vizio Smart TV, or have a movie night with the DVD player and movie collection. The queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

When it’s time for a little friendly competition, challenge your crew to Pac-Man, foosball, ping pong, or the retro tabletop arcade—or enjoy interactive play on the Nex Playground!

The chalet features a full guest bathroom downstairs near the bedrooms, with a tub/shower combination, plus a convenient half bath off the great room. Updated bathrooms include soft towels, hair dryers, and starter toiletries.

Your stay includes access to Chalet Village’s three clubhouses, seasonal swimming pools, and seasonal game rooms, plus year-round pickleball and tennis courts.

We provide complimentary pickleball and tennis equipment, so you can enjoy a friendly match during your stay. Pool and game room access is seasonal and subject to community schedules and availability.

We understand that pets are part of the family; however, due to allergies, Ski’n with the Bears is a pet-free home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


🚭 Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited.


📅 Cancellation Policy

60 or more days before check-in: Full refund

30–59 days before check-in: 50% refund

Within 30 days of arrival: No refund

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.


💳 Security Deposit

A temporary $400 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card used for all direct bookings. The hold will be released after checkout, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are reported.

We are not responsible for inclement weather, natural disasters, road conditions, illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your travel plans. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you have an existing reservation that has not yet been paid in full, you may still be eligible to purchase coverage.
