🐾 Pet Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family; however, due to allergies, Ski'n with the Bears is a pet-free home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited.

📅 Cancellation Policy
• Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

💳 Security Deposit
A temporary $400 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card used for all direct bookings. The hold will be released after checkout, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are reported.

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you have an existing reservation that has not yet been paid in full, you may still be eligible to purchase coverage.
