Welcome to Chalet Edelweiss, located within the renowned Chalet Village Community. When we acquired this property, it was in a state reminiscent of the 1970s—abandoned, neglected, and in dire need of care. While others may have seen a building that warranted demolition, we recognized its inherent beauty and were determined to restore it to its former splendor through renovation. This home overlooks Ober Mountain with views of the Smoky Mountains, including Mt. Le Conte and Gatlinburg. {Progress photos will be updated as the renovation advances.}

Upon entering through the front door, your attention will be immediately drawn to the view. You will arrive on the main level, which includes the great room (a combined dining and living room), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom.

Main Floor Highlights:
• Living Room: Features an electric fireplace and a 65” Vizio Smart TV.
• Dining Room: Accommodates seating for eight.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, 4 slice toaster, hand & stand mixers, stock pot, and griddle, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Oven features no preheat air crisp.
• Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo.
• Bedroom: “Gone Skiing” – Contains a full-size bed, a queen bed, and a 43" Vizio Smart TV.
• Wrap around deck: 7-person hot tub with blue tooth speakers, lights and water features. Plenty of seating for sightseeing. Enjoy meals around our gas-firepit table (seats 6 comfortably). Corn hole, life size connect 4 and kid friendly ax throwing.

On the lower level, you will find two King ensuite bedrooms and another spacious deck. Between the rooms, there is a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig and a mini fridge.

“The Frisky Fox” ~ Primary King Ensuite
• Features a king-sized bed, and 55" Vizio Smart TV.
• Primary Bathroom: Equipped with double vanity, double head shower with hand shower wands, Bluetooth speaker with mood lighting, and a water closet.
• Access to the lower deck.

“Into the Woods” ~ 2nd King Ensuite
• Includes a king-sized bed and 43" Vizio Smart TV.
• Full bath with shower/tub combo.
• Access to the lower deck.

The loft offers various activities for you and your group:
• Arcade Games: Fast & Furious, Megacade’s two-player Sonic Wall Mount and Super Mario each featuring over 6,000 games. Super Mario has 2 Sinden light guns for shooting games.
• 7' Pool table
• Board games: Smoky Oply, Jenga, and more.

“The Chipmunks” – Bunk Room (top level)

We understand that everyone loves their pets however due to severe allergies this is a No Pet home. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy:
Direct: Full refund for cancellations made 60 prior to check in. 50% refund 30 days prior to check in. All credit card processing fees will be deducted from refund.
All direct bookings are required to purchase "Property Damage Protection" (plans start at $59 for $1500 coverage) or pay a $500 deposit. Please be on the lookout for that email. Insurance must be paid for before door code will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
