🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials properly.

🌦️ Travel Insurance Recommended
We are not responsible for inclement weather, natural disasters, road conditions, illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your travel plans. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you have an existing reservation that has not yet been paid in full, you may still be eligible to purchase coverage.

📅 Cancellation Policy
• Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

💳 Security Deposit
A temporary $500 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card used for all direct bookings. The hold will be released after checkout, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are reported.
